Why Computer is call Computer?

 کمپیوٹر کو کمپیوٹر کیوں کہتے ہیں؟
The Word "computer" comes from "compute" witch means to calculate. So a computer is normally consider to be a calculating device that can perform arithmetic operations at enormous (Great,Large,Huge) Speed.

 The term "compute" has been around a long time, meaning to "devise an answer to a problem by evaluating data, following a prescribed series of steps, and arriving at a logical, probably correct answer."
In the 40's, women (and to a lesser extent, men) were hired by the government to endlessly work out mathematical problems for figuring artillery trajectories, and they were actually called "computers"...
In fact, the original objective for inventing the computer was to create a fast calculating machine,but more than 80% of the work done by the computer today is of non-mathematical or non-numerical nature.Hence ,to define a computer merely as calculating device is to ignore over 80% of its work.
More accurately, a computer may be defined as a device that operates upon information or data.Data can be anything like bio-data of various applicants when the computer is used for recruiting personnel, or the marks obtained by various students in various subjects when the computer is used to prepare results, or the details (name,age,sex,etc.)
 of various passengers when the computer is employed for marking airline or railways reservations.
Thus data comes in various shapes and sizes depending upon the typed of computer application.A computer can store,process,and retrieve data as and when desired.The fact that computers process data is so fundamental that many people have started calling it a data processor.
The name data processing is more general because modern computers not only compute in the usual sense but also perform other functions with the data that flows to and from them.For example, data processors may gather data from various incoming sources, merge (process of mixing or putting together) then all,sort (process of arranging in some sequence, ascending or descending) them in the desired order and finally print them in the desired format.None of these operations involve the arithmetic operations normally associated with the computing device,but the term computer is often applied.

Big space after comment and before footer

 Goto Layout, Edit HTML and click the Expand Checkbox. Then look for some code that looks like this.
 frameborder="0" height="410" id="comment-editor"
Look at the bold part. You should be able to change that height value to a smaller one
first find frameborder (Ctrl+F)

 frameborder="0" height="410" id="comment-editor"

now change the 410 to 210 save and then see your blog preview you will find that the space is just gone
happy blogging!

Note:
        In your HTML there will be two frameborder but you will do this change on the 2nd one

Optimize CSS & Speed Up Blogger Blog Load Time!

The longer your readers have to wait for your blog to load, the higher the frequency with which they abandon your blog for someone else’s unless of course they are desperate for the information on your blog
Optimizing your blog’s CSS is one of the many ways of decreasing your blog’s load time so here’s how to achieve this for Blogger Blogs.

HOW TO MAKE BLOGGER BLOGS LOAD FASTER

Step 1

Simply log into your BlogSpot dashboard and click on Layout.

 Under Layout select Edit Html.

When the HTML editing page opens, back up your template by clicking on Download Full Template.

With that out of the way, click on expand widget templates and wait for the page to reload.

Step 2

Look for the<b:skin>  and </b:skin> tags and copy EVERYTHING between them. This is your blogger template’s CSS code.

Step 3

Navigate to CSS Compressor and paste your CSS code. Leave the settings as it is or modify it to suit you needs then submit it and wait for your optimized code to be generated.

Step 4

Copy the generated optimized version of your CSS code, go back to blogger and paste it in between <b:skin> and  </b:skin> tags to replace old CSS code then save your template.  Browse through your blog and you should notice a boost in speed of your blog’s loading time.
